Preventive Maintenance Plans

This is a twice per year visit that includes a Spring time A/C inspection and tuneup. We check all components that is A/C related.

A Fall time Furnace inspection and tuneup that checks all components that is Heat related.

Plans are $150.00 per year for 1 system

2nd system is at a discounted rate.

All plans holders receive a 15% discount on all repairs if necessary.
